My name is Amanda. My yoga journey started 10 years ago. At first, yoga was just a way for me to keep fit. As time passed, I felt a deeper connection to it.
In 2020, I decided to learn yoga systematically and completed my 200RYT yoga teacher certification, registered with Yoga Alliance (USA) and Yoga Australia.
Now, yoga is more than just exercise for me—it is a lifestyle.at 2021,I setted my yoga workshop.offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Power, and Yin yoga.Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or find inner peace, increase spirtual awareness.we are here for you.
